Deundra and Stephanie are beyond amazing to work with. We took part in their new childbirth education course and I could not say enough good things. Deundra provided so much information in a way that was easy to digest and keep on hand for when I am in labor. We did partial virtual classes and partially in person classes and all of them were amazing, but something about being in person with Deundra is grounding, calming and makes you more confident for this immense change your life is going through. I plan to stay in touch with both Deundra and Stephanie over the coming months and years and if we decide to have more children we will undoubtedly seek them out again to help us on that path. Thank you both, you have our biggest gratitude and love, we couldn’t have come this far without you!
My husband was very skeptical about our need for a doula but after experiencing labor and how much help Deundra was, he is the biggest advocate for everyone having a doula. He explains a doula is like your spirit guide through labor. I was able to obtain a non- medicated birth and I know it’s because of the training from these women and from having Deundra by my side. I highly recommend working with these ladies.
We enjoyed working with Deundra and Stephanie so much! The in- home visits were super helpful. We were taught very helpful pain release exercises that came in handy during labor. We were very surprised and thankful they really engaged with both parents and not just the mother. They engaged very much with Michael and that was something that meant a lot to us. They made the home visits fun and not just boring lectures. My last 3 weeks of pregnancy Deundra stayed in touch daily and when we had questions, the easy access to her was very much appreciated. Stephanie’s birth plan helped tremendously because we were clueless. With Stephanie being a new mom and things so fresh in her head from her experiences, it helped us out so much. The mother daughter team and bond they have was very assuring and we admired it very much. We were very happy to have Deundra at the hospital with us during labor.
They were by far the most professional team that I met with over the phone, they were by far the most communicative and encouraging. I would love to work with these ladies again. By all means, they are worth it!
